KCAI 2022 Degree Project

This is my Senior Degree project for the Kansas City Art Institute. They are a series of animated poster teaching quick lessons on how to keep protests peaceful and not result in violence. My intended audience are those who wish to start or be apart of protests and the police who’s job is to keep protests under control. Since these are meant to get a large number of peoples attention I wanted to use a traffic sign look to them since they are meant to give people quick directions and warnings and they stand out to make sure people see them. My main colors are green for directions, yellow for caution, and red for something dangerous. I also added words made in marker to appeal to the protester side of the audience.
